The BasX A2+ is a two-channel power amplifier that delivers 160 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 250 watts per channel into 4 ohms, all channels driven, with a rated THD+N of less than 0.02% and an A-weighted signal-to-noise ratio of 112 dB. The A2+ features a robust linear power supply built around an oversized toroidal transformer, a refined Class A/B output stage, transparent fault protection, and both trigger input and output for flexible system integration.
New to the A2+ are balanced XLR inputs in addition to the unbalanced RCA inputs for each channel, giving it even broader compatibility with a wide range of stereo preamps, processors, and receivers with preamp outputs.
