The BasX A1 is a monoblock power amplifier that delivers 200 watts into 8 Ohms and 325 watts into 4 Ohms, with a rated THD+N of < 0.02%, and an A-weighted S/N ratio of 112 dB. The BasX A1 features a heavy-duty linear power supply, high-quality Class A/B amplification, transparent fault protection, and a trigger input and output. A high-quality industry standard unbalanced RCA input enables the BasX A1 to be used with almost any preamp or processor and audiophile-grade five-way speaker terminals accept banana plugs, spade lugs, or bare wire. These features combine to enable the BasX A1 to deliver true audiophile performance and sound quality at an amazingly affordable price.
In addition to the features it shares with our other BasX power amplifiers, as a true monoblock, the BasX A1 also offers several other benefits that will be appreciated by dedicated audiophiles. Monoblocks offer the ultimate assurance that there will be no unwanted interaction between channels. The audio signal for each channel is handled by a separate amplifier, powered by its own heavy duty power supply, housed in its own separate chassis. This also gives you the option of minimizing the length of your speaker cables by locating each amplifier close to the speaker it powers.

The BasX A1 is a monoblock (one-channel) power amplifier. The BasX A1 combines classical audiophile amplifier architecture based on a heavy-duty linear power supply and a carefully designed high current short signal path Class A/B output stage with advanced microprocessor-controlled monitoring and protection circuitry to deliver superb sound quality at a truly reasonable price.

30-day returns
Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.
During the first 14 days after delivery, your statutory right to cancel applies. We extend this with our voluntary 30-day returns policy for eligible change-of-mind returns.
To request a return, email info@aperio-av.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the goods. We will provide the return address and relevant instructions.
Customers are responsible for return costs when returning non-faulty goods because they have changed their mind. Aperio Audio Visual Ltd will cover reasonable return or collection costs where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.
For change-of-mind returns, goods should remain unused and, wherever reasonably possible, in their original packaging. During the statutory cancellation period, you may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is permitted by law.
For returns made under our voluntary extended returns period, after the statutory 14-day cancellation period, the product must not have been installed, connected, configured, registered, calibrated, marked or otherwise used. All accessories, manuals, protective materials and packaging must be returned and the product must be suitable for resale as new.
We do not offer direct exchanges or charge a restocking fee. Bespoke, personalised and certain sealed products may not be eligible for return except where required by law. Some special-order products may also be excluded from our voluntary extended returns period. This does not affect your statutory rights.
