We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa and Mastercard, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Klarna and Clearpay may also be available at checkout.

The payment options available for your purchase will be displayed at checkout and may depend on the order value, the products selected and the payment provider’s eligibility requirements.

Credit and debit card payments are securely processed by Stripe. PayPal, Klarna and Clearpay services are provided subject to each provider’s eligibility checks and terms and conditions. Any payment or credit agreement is between you and the relevant provider; Aperio Audio Visual Ltd is not the lender.

• Free delivery to most of the GB mainland for orders over £100
• Where possible, items will be shipped the same day or the next working day
• Goods will be delivered to you, the buyer, at the address you provided on the order form
• We can only deliver to the billing address of your credit/debit card unless expressly agreed to by Aperio Audio Visual Ltd
• You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you
• It is your responsibility to check the goods for damage on delivery.
• Please report any visible delivery damage to the courier and contact us as soon as reasonably possible, ideally within 24 hours. This does not affect your statutory rights
• Any dates quoted for delivery of goods are approximate only, and we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods however caused

30-day returns

Eligible online purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery.

During the first 14 days after delivery, your statutory right to cancel applies. We extend this with our voluntary 30-day returns policy for eligible change-of-mind returns.

To request a return, email info@aperio-av.co.uk with your name, order number and details of the goods. We will provide the return address and relevant instructions.

Customers are responsible for return costs when returning non-faulty goods because they have changed their mind. Aperio Audio Visual Ltd will cover reasonable return or collection costs where goods are faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied.

For change-of-mind returns, goods should remain unused and, wherever reasonably possible, in their original packaging. During the statutory cancellation period, you may inspect the goods as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. We may make a lawful deduction for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is permitted by law.

For returns made under our voluntary extended returns period, after the statutory 14-day cancellation period, the product must not have been installed, connected, configured, registered, calibrated, marked or otherwise used. All accessories, manuals, protective materials and packaging must be returned and the product must be suitable for resale as new.

We do not offer direct exchanges or charge a restocking fee. Bespoke, personalised and certain sealed products may not be eligible for return except where required by law. Some special-order products may also be excluded from our voluntary extended returns period. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Found a lower price?

If you find the identical product advertised for less by an authorised UK retailer, contact us before placing your order and we’ll do our best to match the total delivered price.

The product must be new, currently in stock and the same model, specification and finish. The comparison price must include VAT and delivery.

Price matching excludes used, refurbished, ex-display and clearance products; marketplace and auction sellers; membership prices; discount codes; bundled offers; and obvious pricing errors. All requests are subject to verification and availability.
