- You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been paid for and delivered to you
- It is your responsibility to check the goods for damage on delivery. Damage must be noted with the courier on delivery and also reported to us within 24 hours

Current legislation gives you the right to cancel the sale from up to 7 working days from receipt of the goods, without penalty or giving a reason. The following conditions would have to be complied with:
- An application for cancellation of the sale must be submitted to us in writing.
- The goods must not be damaged or marked in any way.
- The goods must be in new condition.
- The goods must be in their original packaging.
- The buyer would bear the cost of returning the goods.
- The goods must arrive back undamaged. Please consider insuring for the correct amount of the goods before despatch.
- Special orders or customised items can not be returned.
We do not generally offer a re-stocking arrangement, but in the event that after using the goods, you find them unsuitable for your needs, we may consider re-stocking. Contact us if this occurs.
